Travis advises clients in connection with all manner of corporate, commercial and transactional matters, including venture investments (both issuer side and investor side; seed stage and series preferred stage; and convertible/deferred equity and priced instruments), M&A (both buy and sell side), joint ventures, debt financing transactions, equity financing transactions, private investment fund formation & representation, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters. Travis was previously associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he advised Wall Street investment banks, Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and other corporate clients in connection with structuring, negotiating and executing over thirty transactions involving more than $20B in aggregate deal value. Travis is also an Emmy-nominated former network television producer.
