Alexander advises clients in connection with corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, with a view towards reducing risk, ensuring transactional stability, and maximizing outcomes.  His advice is informed by over twenty years of federal and state court litigation experience in domestic and international complex, commercial, and class action claims involving Fortune 500 companies.

Alexander is also a public policy trained lawyer with decades of experience working to strengthen our constitutional system and the rule of law by addressing the legal needs of marginalized communities, neutralizing power imbalances, and reducing economic inequality.

Alexander leads Rundlet Advisory PLLC’s Principles and Values practice, through which the firm advances important societal interests, such as Equity & Ownership, and Social, Racial & Economic Justice.  The firm advances these interests through civil society and government consulting engagements ranging from strategic planning exercises and landscape analyses to specific policy-based research projects designed to expand social, political, and economic power.
