Syracuse Banana Wholesale LLC is an affiliate of Harvest Prime and Antonucci Wholesale Foods LLC, whom we also advised earlier this year in connection with the leveraged acquisition of Antonucci Wholesale Produce, Inc and Hudson Harvest.
