We are proud to announce our role as outside counsel to AgenticED, with respect to the company’s initial formation, and agreements and arrangements among initial stakeholders and constituents, as well as investors, lenders, and other capital providers. 

AgenticED builds agentic AI infrastructure for K-12 education. Districts want to invest in AI, but the best tools often stall before they reach students and families, who are left to navigate a maze of systems on their own. AgenticED provides a secure, governed layer that sits underneath the tools a district already owns, letting it operate as one connected system and linking it with the city agencies, benefits programs, and community partners around it. That coordination helps families reach the opportunities and resources available to them and gives education leaders a clearer view of outcomes, so technology narrows opportunity gaps instead of widening them.

The company was founded by a team with experience building and scaling K-12 infrastructure, and it is working with select pilot partners now.
